Week 1
Brief Introduction - Tripfez Travel (Week 1)

To start off my industrial training (Internship Semester), I have applied and received approval for my resume from a company named; Tripfez Travel. A Muslim-friendly travel guide.
All about Tripfez Travel
Tripfez Travel is a halal and Muslim-friendly travel guide that promotes travel packages and Umrah to Muslim travelers that wish to travel the world but still keep in mind Islamic values which are a Muslim's responsibility.
Tripfez Travel is founded by Faeez Fadhlillah in Malaysia in 2013, with a desire to arise the Muslim market globally.
The company's vision goes as far as;
"Our vision is to help Muslim travelers to explore the world in a faith-compliant manner. Our online travel platform focuses on online bookings of halal-friendly travel packages and Umrah. As a full-service agency, we handle flights, hotels, ground arrangements, visa applications, and insurance."

In my view, I think it would be good to hang around my roots for once after a few years and see what it would be like working through designs even in a company business & marketing dept.
What to expect?
What do I expect from myself when I experience industrial training, for 3 months as an intern here at Tripfez Travel Sdn. Bhd, for once this would be my first time experiencing an office-based type of job. So the expectations have not exactly come to mind.
Although I do understand that it is different from the 2 years I've spent on campus as a student, I do realize that the amount of training and learning experiences on campus where students work in teams, as well as individuals based on their own specialization, does reflect the office life type of work or task given.
Personally, when it comes to jobs and office works it is a completely blank piece of paper that I have never looked into writing out what it could mean for me. But to be able to work and experience it through a short semester of industrial training, I will take the time to observe and learn how or what it feels like to work amongst my newly found officemates of Tripfez Travel.
Graphic Design in Tripfez Travel
What I've learned throughout the first day of my internship is that Mr. Azrain is my supervisor and the Graphic designer of the company, in his team would be the "new intern" and a senior of the office that produces content that promotes the variety of traveling plans made by Tripfez.

The kind of graphic design would promote travel packages and umrah packages that are designed into an infographic and later on posted across the company's social media platforms like; Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Although I am certain that there are multiple roles that graphic designers play for the company since it also crosses into content creation and the direction of designing a brand identity or even just simple and appealing posters to attract customers for the company.
The tasks begin (Ramadan IG PSOT/STORY) - Tripfez Travel

On the second day of my internship, I began my first side task in assisting my supervisor, Mr. Azrain co-design an Instagram story that promotes and showcases a travel plan for the 2023 Umrah package. By using adobe illustrator, I helped in arranging and creating a simple composition to promote the umrah travel package on Tripfez's Instagram story.

Mr. Azrain worked on the infographic above, showcasing the umrah packages and promotion beforehand after that sending it over to me to help him create compositions for an IG story with the same information.

It was nothing but a simple task, the elements, and images used I extracted from Mr. Azrain's designs to keep the consistency of the appearances across the posting of this specific infographic design.
Later on, to continue my side tasks, Ms. Hannah my senior within the graphic design team, assigned me to help her with a minor photo edit with a template prepared for an IG feed post of clients thanking Tripfez for their Travelling guide. It was just a simple implementation of the image using Canva.

For the final tasks of the day before heading back, Mr. Azrain requested to have designs of a few flyer layouts to promote a 2023 travel plan to Korea arranged by the Tripfez company.

I accumulated what was relevant for a travel flyer as its elements and made sure that the compositions were neat and had their corporate appearance to them (which was requested by Mr. Azrain), of course also had a few references from Pinterest and a few given by Mr. Azrain to help me in laying it out.
Korea storyboarding discussion - Tripfez Travel

Today was the beginning of discussing and sketching out a detailed storyboard with the graphic design team that determines filming the testimony and travel log of staff currently carrying out guides and tours for clients abroad in the following travel planned countries; Korea, Istanbul, etc.
But before beginning such a task, I was called into a meeting with the rest of the graphic design team and my supervisor. To discuss the itinerary of the traveling plan to Korea, by jotting down ideas of camera angles to shoot.
These would be the notes that I jotted down during our meeting, to straight away begin my search for images of the highlighted places and overall start storyboarding for those 5 highlighted destinations in Korea.

Mr. Azreen helped provided me with a storyboard panel template, while I searched through the internet to look for appropriate angles of the highlighted places in Korea as well as adding descriptions and specific angles and views to assist the filming team in executing the travel log based on the storyboard.
Storyboarding completion - Tripfez Travel
January 6th, 2023

From the day before till the next day, I focused on getting the storyboard finalized and completed before the following week (Monday, Jan 9th) since it would be proposed and presented to the CEO of Tripfez in forgoing the travel log project, for the following travel packages for various counties in 2023.
Once it was all completed, I showcased it to Ms. Hanna who was my senior in the graphic design team for her to go through the storyboard. I only got a few remarks back on what to change and did so. Finally, after that, complete the whole storyboard and export it as a PDF for Ms. Hanna to prepare for the project proposal next week.
Before going back home for the first week, Mr. Azreen assigned me to design a layout for a "hiring" infographic to post on IG for new and future Tripfez employees to take up the role here at Tripfez Travel.
I didn't manage to complete the whole task at work so I decided to lay out a few designs back at home during the weekend to later own show to Mr. Azreen and Ms. Hanna the following week before finalizing it.
Week 2
Hiring Infographic layout (Completion) - Tripfez Travel
January 9th, 2023

Throughout half of the day into the second week, I went back and forth in finalizing and completing the hiring infographic layout along with Mr. Azreen's minor tasks in helping him search through the internet for a few logos as vectors or pngs to prepare for more infographic designing that requires implementation logos of health industries and such.
But once I completed the minor tasks, I finally completed the hiring infographic layout in IG feed format and IG story format, submitting it all to Ms. Hanna to post on Tripfez's official Instagram page.
Later into the day, I was just assigned minor tasks for various travel packages to be designed and formatted into IG feeds and story posts.
Travel Log (Japan Storyboarding) - Tripfez Travel

Before working on editing the Korea travel log which was a task that was assigned to me first, Ms. Hanna requested on getting a storyboard of the highlighted destinations for a travel package for Japan.

It took about two days to complete the storyboard but overall, it was completed and Ms. Hanna received the storyboard to be presented.
Later on in the day, I accumulated videos of the previous customers that toured Tripfez to Korea in 2022 to begin editing the Korea travel log. It took me a while to actually begin editing, there were a few issues regarding editing in the software and I would find myself changing through the software while editing, which prevented me from completing the edit in one day.
Therefore I decided on accumulating the videos and audio till the next day when I would use a mobile editing app temporarily.
Completion Video editing (Korea) - Tripfez Travel

The following day, I began editing on an editing app called 'InShot' as a temporary start to at least start editing the travel log content and finally render and export it.
Once I did so, Ms. Hanna reviewed the video and got back to me with a few feedbacks. I had a few things to change from certain clips to audio and the final render where pinpointing each location with typography when the clip cuts to its destination.
For the typography rendering, I finalized it in after effects, since it was familiar to me and easier to add elements that can attract customers to look into the travel packages for Korea through a Korea Travel log.
Week 3
[January 16th, 2023] I was on medical leave due to allergic reactions; Sinus.

After completing the Korea travel log edit, in the previous week, I submitted the clip to Ms. Hanna for her review. On the same day, I was given a few remarks for minor changes to the travel edit which I quickly acted upon.

When completing the task of the travel edit with the instructions given by Ms. Hanna I realized the kind of consistency and theme that the kind of travel clips that Tripfez Travel puts out on their social platforms.
Turkiye Storyboarding - Tripfez Travel
January 18th, 2023

The following day I was given a new task, where I was to design a storyboard for Turkiye and its highlighted destinations that is included in the travel packages which are; Istanbul, Pamukkale, Cappadocia, and Bursa.
The storyboards should include footage elements of;
- Arrival/entrance (of destination)
- Main attraction
- Live moments
- Activity
- Testimony
I managed to complete the following tasks within a day since Ms. Hanna mentioned keeping it simple as well as only including a few elements that Ms. Hanna directed me to include.
By doing so, it provides a guideline for Tripfez employees that will be traveling to Turkiye with customers to accumulate more footage with the storyboard of what can be captured on the trip, promoting the travel packages even more!
Europe Travel Log Edit - Tripfez Travel

My next new task given by Ms. Hanna was to begin a new travelogue edit that highlights the locations in Europe, 4 places with 4 edits of Amsterdam, London City, Brussels, and Paris.
The process was much simpler than the previous 'Korea travel edit' that I completed since the locations are separated into each edit. I had more time and clips to piece together and mess around with the synchronization of the audio that would choose for each edit.
I'd have to say that searching for audio to fit into the clips was quite the challenge, I realize how much being on track with the kind of trends of the side of Travelling social media plays an important role to attract customers or viewers in viewing the kind of edit being put out.
But other than that, I managed to complete two edits out of 4 locations within a day.
Europe Travel Log Edit Pt. 2 - Tripfez Travel

The following day I quickly continued my given task of the Europe travelogue edits, completing each of the clip synchronizations of the audio before implementing the text as well as animating it, whichever fits the style of the edit.
When editing I also made sure to include a kind of story-telling feel to it that compliments the audio with the clips that I piece together as one whole edit, which definitely catches Ms. Hanna's attention resulting in minor changes.
Week 4

Returning after a long weekend and public holidays, I come back to finalizing the Europe travelogue by tweaking a few of the clips as well as the typography before handing it over to Ms. Hanna for her reviews.
Later after that, Mr. Azreen assigned a minor task in assisting him in illustrating Muslims and Muslimahs in Umrah attire. He mentioned tracing the graphic over an image for a faster job.
Other than that, I had minor tasks given and remarks that needed to be changed on the Europe travel log edit mentioned by Ms. Hanna in which I did so.
Thaipusam Greeting card illustration - Tripfez Travel

The following day I was assigned minor and simple tasks of illustrating a greeting card for a Thaipusam celebration that will be posted on the Tripfez Travel social pages by next week.
The design that I went for was a simple design based on existing Thaipusam greeting cards that I use as references. I also made sure that significant colors that portray the celebration of Thaipusam were included in the greeting card that is the colors; Orange, yellow, green, and purple.
Other than that, I was able to retrieve ai and SVG files from the internet that provided vector illustrations of elements that portray Thaipusam.
[January 27th, 2023] I was on Medical Leave due to allergic reactions and a relapse of my asthma.
Week 5
Refined Thaipusam greeting card & Europe travel edits - Tripfez Travel

The 5th week into my internship the only given tasks that I received were minor changes and refinement of the Thaipusam greeting card illustration as well as the positions of the text in a few of the Europe destinations travelogue edits.

Once I completed those given tasks, Ms. Hanna mentioned and discussed a few topics and tasks that will be given for the whole week since she would be on a leave trip for the company.
Turkiye & Umrah during Ramadan travel log edits - Tripfez Travel

The following day finally commended one of the major tasks that were assigned to me by Ms. Hanna, she had instructed upon 6 travelogues edits; 4 highlighted destinations of Turkiye and 2 highlighted places that is Mecca and Madinah.
I only began editing the following day, since I had to accumulate and search through the company's provided laptop for the clips that would fit perfectly into the edit and for my convenience of not searching through the files while editing that would affect my time of submission.
Therefore I spent a day attending to the files, clips, images, and videos of each highlighted destination in Turkey to ease through the editing phase of this task.
Turkiye travel log edits Pt. 1 - Tripfez Travel

Once the videos and relevant contents were within the same folder that regards the Turkiye travelogue, I began syncing the clips with the audio that I searched through the day before.
It did take a while to piece the clips together for each of the 4 highlighted destinations of Turkiye but I made sure to take my time so that the quality of the edit doesn't slip.

The following day, I started on the kind of text animations as well as captions to complement the edit of each of the highlighted destinations.
There were also a few remarks given by Mr. Azreen for the edit of Istanbul where the audio needed to be more fitting for the locations that were displayed, since it was very Islamic-based I had to search through calming and appropriate audio that can complement and resemble Islamic religion.
But overall the clips and each of the edits for the destinations were completed and went through Mr. Azreen's approval, the only review of approval needed was from Ms. Hanna.

On the final day of the week, I was left to my own devices as well as given tasks to complete before the following week. Since I'd already completed the 4 edits of Turkiye by the start of the week, I began accumulating videos and clips as well as searching through audio that would complement the clips pieced together.
Since it was an edit that would display the duties that Muslims carry out during umrah, the type of audio was slightly limited to the previous kinds that I've used for the other edits. But I didn't have that much difficulty in looking for audio that would be perfect to sync with the clips for both Mecca and Medinah.
Within the same day, I edited through the clips as well as the text that would go into the Umrah edit. I was also enlighted by one of my officemates before editing because she had the opportunity to go for Umrah. It made it easier for me to edit through the clips and know the destinations within the clips of editing.
Week 6
[February 6th, 2023] Public Holiday; Thaipusam.
Minor Changes to Umrah Travelogue edit & Design Israk and Mikraj Greeting card- Tripfez Travel

To start the 6th week after quite the weekend, I returned to a few comments received by Mr. Azreen on my edits of the highlighted destinations in Turkiye as well as the edits of Mecca and Medinah during Ramadan. I had to change one of the clips within the Umrah edit during Ramadan but moreover, but it was completed and I had Mr. Azreen's approval on the edit.
What's left of this task is to receive Ms. Hanna's review and remarks before working and enhancing more on the edits given by her initially.
Toward the end of the day, I was given the task of designing an Isra & Miraj greeting card that would be posted the following week.
I managed to accumulate certain elements from existing vector designs to reuse within my kind of composition for the greeting card and got the composition and placement of text and elements in before having Mr. Azreen review the design.
Israk & Mikraj greeting card & Minor assisting works - Tripfez Travel

The following day, I continued working on the greeting card with the help of Mr. Azreen's instructions on adding a few more changes to the greeting card. That is a quote that was added to emphasize the meaning behind the Isra and Miraj celebration.
As well as having an alternative color scheme to the initial one I had designed, Mr. Azreen wanted the alternate card color to be orange therefore I quickly acted upon his request.
Later on in the day, I had Mr. Azreen in accumulating elements and stock images for future infographic designs. The task was a simple doing of searching through images of hijabi/muslimah women travelers or backpackers to fit the Tripfez Travel agency promotions.
The tools were straightforward and easy, I certainly had to use a few images with backgrounds in them but it was easily solved with Canva's background remover, once I completed searching through the stock and vector images I handed it over to Mr. Azreen before the day ended.
Finalize Isra & Mi'raj greeting card & Masthead designing - Tripfez Travel

The following day, my task was to continue and finalize the greeting card design for the Isra & Mi'kraj celebration in the following week. There wasn't as much that I needed to change, for the final outcome of it I stuck with the orange gradient background since it was what Mr. Azreen requested, as well as implementing Girih patterns to emphasize the familiar patterns used within Islamic architecture/designs.

Once the greeting cards were completed, Mr. Azreen set me off on another task to look into and experiment with designing mastheads for event titles. In this instance, it was a masthead for an online Matta Fair, Mr. Azreen was fully in charge of designing the masthead although he as well needed my assistance in expanding the idea of composition within each masthead design.
It was quite a challenging task for me because I had never designed a masthead before, therefore Mr. Azreen put forth my task into it being a practice of studying references of existing mastheads and then in attempts to mimic the design of those existing masthead designs.
Throughout my practices, Mr. Azreen would check in from time to time on my progress, and each time he did, I would be enlightened on new ways to approach adobe illustrators' tools and presents. Mr. Azreen thought me alternate ways of achieving a specific element to implement into the design.
For example, the lighting effect that comes off from the text sign could "easily" be achieved through the effect drop-down panel > Stylize > Drop shadow. But the way Mr. Azreen approaches the same lighting effect with a much more "in-control" function to it is through Object > Blend > Blend options > select text > Make blend.
There are of course much more in-depth steps before blending the text to achieve the lighting effect, but it was a definitely advanced approach for a simple effect.
The next thing I learned was how much, I got to pay more attention to the kind of presents and tools that adobe illustrator offers, I don't necessarily have to always use to "Warp" effect to make the text appear as if it were moving. There was a much simpler tool that was right in front of my eyes the whole time, the 'Shear tool', which added so much expression to the piece with a simple tool hidden in plain sight.
Final few rounds of designs that I carried out as practices, I manage to take 3 designs in as reference and tried to create a spin-off of my own. It was quite eye-opening to be able to practice the kind of tools that adobe illustrator would have to offer, which is something that I don't usually always do.
It's because within a specific task and designing the following requested commission, I would have a list of known tools and presents to apply within that assignment, I feel as if going beyond and exploring those other tools or presents would buy a little time from a commission that's on the line.

Internship Report content filling & Masthead practice + feedback - Tripfez Travel

After a weekend of recovering, I return to a week of taking things slow, therefore I focused on designing and filling in content for the internship report for the industrial training module since it all would be submitted once the course is over.
Other than that, Mr. Azreen gave a few more feedbacks and enlightenments on my previous week's practice on masthead designs. He mentioned how within an agency there is its own brand identity, therefore, it is important to be able to mimic its identity within a design to showcase the organization at any type of exposure or event.
Something that definitely requires a lot of practice for me in the long run.

Isra & Mikraj Infographic Poster & Video - Tripfez Travel

Today's task was assigned to me looking back on the Isra & Mi'raj greeting card, I'll count it as an extension assignment where I was to design a poster fitting all the information of the night journey that Nabi Muhammad S.A.W had, as well as a video with the same information that regards Isra & Mi'raj by utilizing the footage from the Umrah trip of the previous customers filmed by Tripfez Travel.
I first worked on the poster, I utilized an existing illustration of the depiction of the destinations that set into the journey of Isra Mi'raj,
Later then, I implemented information; like texts and paragraphs that explain the story in a summarized version of it as well as adding in other elements with the help of reference from existing infographics that regards Isra Mi'raj.
With the remaining time that I had, I was able to implement the elements that depict the 7 heavens in the background of the sky above the Masjid al-Aqsa, along with completing the arrow within the illustration that displays the meaning of 'Isra'.
Continuation of Isra Mikraj Infographic Poster and video - Tripfez Travel

Before the weekend starts, I quickly wrapped up the Isra Mi'raj poster so I could get started on the video. There were only a final few adjustments and additions that I had to implement to finish.
I illustrated another arrow to depict the Mi'raj within the story, adjusting the vertical text to fit within the arrow, there were surprisingly quite several tweaks that I had to make within this infographic but overtime making sure everything was in place, I had Ms. Hanna check in on my progress to see if there needed to be any changes.
-and thankfully no major changes needed to be made other than the size of the text needed to be slightly bigger to read.
Once completed I was left with the final display of the infographic as well as the final product.

With the infographic all done and dusted, I quickly looked into finishing up the video. The day before, I had time to accumulate footage and arrange them within the timeline, therefore all I had to do today was sync the text with the audio, making sure there was enough duration of text visibility for viewers to read.
Editing the video was quite a simple task since the information (text) was already provided, all I needed to do was add text paragraphs and adjust the timing.
Week 8
Japan, Osaka travelogue edit - Tripfez Travel

My last week of internship started off with one of the major parts of the projects for my internship where I was to edit a travelogue except today's location focuses on Japan and to be extra specific, I was assigned the highlighted destination of Osaka.
Like all my processes of editing these travelogues, I start off with searching through music/audio sources to fit within the travelogue edit and to my surprise, I came across two audio that would most possibly fit into the edit. As cliche as it is, the audio would emphasize the destination of the travelogue; Japan therefore I went with trendy/popular Japanese songs to sync with the footage filmed.
My next step would be arranging and syncing the footage with a part of the audio/song, the way I approached the edit has been similar to the rest of the previous travelogues I've edited before. I like to picture the trip that tells a story and of course sync the footage with the beat and rhythm of the song/audio.
So far throughout the whole day back, I worked on the first audio I gathered, the following day I would work on the second audio with alternative sequences of the footage in which Ms. Hanna can have alternatives to post Japan travelogues.
Osaka, Japan travelogue edit continuation - Tripfez Travel

The following day, I got right back to work on the Osaka, Japan travelogue edit. This time finishing arranging the footage with an alternative background audio. As well as implementing an animated text that titles to edit as well as letting viewers know of the destination for instance this edit being Osaka, Japan!
I had a few struggles when working out an animated text to caption off the edit once I render it, therefore I had a few innovative ways to overcome that problematic situation like watching tutorials on youtube as well as adding a duplicate text behind the initial text to create a much-defined stroke effect for the text. Which was something I wish I knew sooner.
Finally, I adjusted and tweaked the keyframes of the text, making sure the timing sync well with the audio as well as the footage.
Testimony + Trip Video edit (Turkiye) - Tripfez Travel

On the third day of my last week, I was assigned a few final tasks given by Ms. Hanna, where I was to edit a short 30-second video of customers' experiences during their trip with Tripfez as their travel tour guide. I was to focus on the recent trips from the previous year, taking in clips and pushing out travel packages for Turkiye!
But before editing Ms. Hanna helped me out with the kind of video style that the 30-second clip should be in, therefore she showcased a few existing edited videos from the Tripfez IG page. From then on, I got the idea in mind and quickly got to work.
My first step was to definitely find a certain kind of audio that would fit well into the edit, it didn't take me too long to find an audio for me to reside on but finding and settling on a part of the audio to fit 30 seconds took me quite a while.
But I pushed through and went with what I got, what matters most is how I was going to piece the pictures and footage together, which lead me to finally piece the testimony of a few of the clips of customers together. Extracting the important and key parts of their experiences explained.
Then, I implemented and did a minor animated effect for the subtitles to add a sense of decorated element to the edit.
Finally, I worked on the pictures and clips that are pieced together that would sync with the audio, I added in a few basic effects where when the pictures are shown there would be a small animated effect to it.
Once completed which took the whole day, I sent in the edit to receive feedback or remarks from Ms. Hanna to see if there needed to be any changes or improvements.
Testimony + Trip Video edit continuation ( Turkiye and Korea) - Tripfez Travel

I started off the day by continuing the Turkiye testimony + trip video edit from remarks given by Ms. Hanna to make some minor changes before it was completed. There were only small changes that needed to be made to the edit that regarded the testimonies by the customers other than that it didn't take very long until I had to continue a new similar task to the edit!
Once it was done and dusted, I quickly worked on the Korea testimony and trip video edits of the customers. I followed the same process as the previous edit, searching through youtube as a source of audio/background music to fit within the edit.
The process goes the same way as my other edits have been, after finding a part of the audio to fit with the edit, I went along with piecing the footage and images together, making sure that it syncs well and perfectly!
Next up were the subtitles for the footage of customers during the recording of their testimony, adding the subtitles adds a sense of decorated element within the edit and I suppose it makes it easier for viewers to know what each customer is trying to tell new viewers or customers.
I managed to get the video edits done before the end of the day since Ms. Hanna requested 2 separate testimony clips of 4 customers; each in 2 of the video edits. With that, I got a few remarks and changes to be made before completing the overall video edit.
Testimony + Trip Video edit continuation (Korea) - Tripfez Travel

On my last day of the internship, I got through with finishing up my last task which was a continuation of the testimony and trip video edit for Korea. All I needed to change was the audio that I initially used into a piece of much more fitting background music that Ms. Hanna commented on, therefore she suggested a list of all the songs she thought would fit into the edit, giving me the green light to choose songs within that list.
It was interesting to listen through the songs that were suggested by Ms. Hanna since it was not my familiar taste in music but I understood that when it comes to media being knowledgeable of these trendy songs could help in reaching several viewers to look further into what videos are trying to tell a viewer.
Therefore I chose two songs from the list and then back into editing, adding in a few elements to make the video seem much more lively since it centers around still visuals instead of footage like videos. I wanted it to have a fun and eye-catching vibe to it, so it didn't take me too long to sync the images with the songs and have me send it out to Ms. Hanna for her reviewal. She definitely fancied the editing style in the end!
Week by Week Reflection
Reflection (Week 1):
My first week into the internship semester was a little bit nerve-wracking, but I slowly started to feel comfortable because my office mates around me were friendly and constantly interacted with me.
Reassuring me of my tasks if I had any queries on it, I was mostly quiet, I spent a lot of my time in the first week getting my tasks completed and waiting for another to be assigned, other than that I worked on jotting down my experience and what I had to do day by day as for the module requires me to do and finally I also spent the first week observing my office mates as well as soaking in the atmosphere of the office experience here at Tripfez Travel.
I was able to analyze how working amongst millennials is much different from being in classes on campus, I had to keep an open mind and so I did. It was challenging but I did the best that I could to remain as open as I could as well as step out of my comfort zone!

Working wise I was able to meet up with the requirements of assisting my supervisor and graphic designer senior in their working designs for the company but expectation-wise was a little challenging to meet. Because there is somewhat of a language barrier between my new office mates and me. Therefore when assigning tasks a few misinterpretations of the outcome of my work assigned would be something entirely different or not what they would ask for fully.
By overcoming that problem, they took a step forward in showing me examples of the type of content they expected from my outcome, from then on I understood and both parties had their sympathetic share of awareness. It also made me realize how much I had to put in the effort to query them as well.
Which can contribute to stepping out of my comfort zone.

But most of the tasks that were given by my supervisor as well as senior graphic designer teammate were tasks of editing travel logs and storyboards. It may be repetitive, but they allow me to have the freedom of creating and editing the type of travel log content that can pull more customers in.
At the same time, I believe it’s a way for me to familiarise myself with adobe software like illustrator as well as after effects because I find myself looking through tutorials on youtube and learning about ways in functioning after effects as well as Adobe Illustrator.

Therefore time away from sitting at a desk is advisable to be physical, which is something I learned and slowly picked up on as my personal routine now.

In the fifth week of my internship, I got to reflect on myself when it comes to a sense of independence that regards me, as an individual within my temporary 8-week work space as well as tasks given in advance and tasks that I choose to do to fill in the time that would hopefully be productive in my eyes.
Regarding my observation, I was assigned several tasks, where I was to edit 4 separate videos of a Europe trip since both my supervisor and content creator senior won't be as unoccupied as they were for the past few weeks with attending to my concerns or given day by day or hour by hour tasks, I was to complete the edits by the following week.
-and with that, I decided on dissecting each separate video edit for 4 days, since it would only take me a day to edit a 30-second video, so in my mind, I thought 4 videos for 4 days. In the sixth week, I’m starting to have a much deeper understanding of the type of atmosphere in industrial training, the reason why I stated that is because I am not used to a space and a work style of sitting at a desk and staring at a screen for 10 or 11 hours a day, although it may seem that most jobs even some would say the "fun and physical" ones they don't go through the similar things as well.
But I've come to a realization of how I'd pick my path on being within that state of work style but being able to not feel trapped within a space is to open up and see beyond my desk, which are desk mates and a pretty spacious office to roam around and maybe bond with office-mates, which is nothing wrong. I believe even at work a pinch of socialization would provide motivation and energy to get back to work.
In my case, I think it has a little to do with getting used to everyone around me, it's only been a few weeks it can take up to months to really feel comfortable within a space, therefore it's something I can keep in my as a mental note for future careers that involve my physicality to be in a work-style space such as the one I am in for my internship.

My 7th week back after falling sick and still recovering started off pretty slow. I was not assigned any tasks for the day therefore I got the chance to work on a design for my internship report and fill in all the contents and information throughout the weeks of my experience and work assignments in the office.
I sort of got the impression that my supervisor, Mr. Azreen probably gave me the day off while being at work by not assigning a task since I fell sick and was going through quite the sickness and was still recovering but even if that was not the case, I was ready and up on my feet for a task assigned either by Mr. Azreen or even Ms. Hanna.
Which I got after a couple days of focusing on my internship report, I was assigned to make up a poster and an informative video for an upcoming Islamic public holiday; Isra & Mikraj to be posted on their social pages. What I was able to pick up on was my increasing knowledge and practice in working out Adobe illustrator which I'm surprisingly glad about, I never liked or understood much about adobe illustrator but it's honestly slowly starting to rub off on me, especially with professional-intermediate guidance from my supervisor made it much convenient for me!

My last week, put me in a position and an emotion where it would take a WHOLE 'nother week to go through my office desked job but with a blink of an eye, it was already the last which definitely filled me up with mixed emotions especially the last few minutes before walking out of the office that I've spent waking up early and walking into for 2 months and a half.
There was a definite sadness in my emotion when leaving the place and the people that I spent working with within a space for that long, which may seem like it wasn't that long but to me, it felt pretty long, maybe it could be over how much I tend to soak within the environment and observe the setting of their jobs and workplace every single second of my time there.
But at the same time, I felt happy and maybe somewhat relieved and proud that I got to complete the internship days all on my own with experience and knowledge as well as know some really kind and compassionate people.

General Internship Reflection
I worked for the company TRIPFEZ TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD while I was an intern. Even with its ups and downs, working for this company has been a terrific way for me to get a taste of what this kind of work is like. As an intern, my duties often involve designing graphics and editing videos that last between 15 and 30 seconds. My senior content creator editor and supervisor have also given me a few little supporting tasks. Despite the fact that I have far fewer responsibilities than other corporate employees, I think I gave my task adequate attention and effort.
My ambition for this job is to grow myself. The transition from a classroom to an office did require some adjustments, but with the training and knowledge I possess, I was able to overcome those obstacles I unknowingly encountered. For example, if I had a thought or an emotion that I tend to take in heavily and that would quickly cloud my mind, causing the sources of my distractions, I would still take steps back to gather my thoughts and improve my actions before making mistakes (where I do, but of course learning from them just at a much slower pace for my limits. Something to work on as well.), but even then, I would again take steps back to recollect my thoughts and improve my actions before making anymore repeated mistakes.
The knowledge I gained during my two-and-a-half-month internship program has undoubtedly helped me prepare for the future, if not to a greater level, then at least by giving me a broad understanding of a career working environment within an industry. The same amount of assistance in improving technical and interpersonal skills that would be very helpful in my career came from my peers and supervisor. Being accepted into TRIPFEZ TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD for my internship program has me feeling somewhat delighted.
